Shipping policy

​Here at Miss Connie we quality check all of our products before sending them out to their new homes, we lovingly hand make all of our products and aim to get these sent out as quickly as possible, ensuring we are maintaining high quality. We pride ourselves on our customer service as well as the quality of our products.

We currently am to dispatch all orders between 3-5 working days. All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class service, unless upgraded upon checkout, which they estimate to deliver within 2-3 working days. We kindly ask that you allow the full 5 working days when waiting for your beautiful products to arrive. If you feel you should have received your order and haven't yet, please contact us and we will assist in obtaining the status of your parcel for you.
